Mentedge Consulting is excited to once again partner with Conrad Grebel University College’s Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation program to offer this workshop exploring how an individual's natural inclinations can influence their approach to managing conflict.

This workshop is being offered online over three days (1/2 day each day).

Using the renowned Canadian framework, Personality Dimensions®*, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of human motivation and behavior, all while building self-awareness, communication skills, and conflict resolution techniques. With a focus on self-discovery and practical applications, this workshop delivers tools that will be invaluable in your personal and professional relationships.

No prior training in conflict management or mediation is necessary to participate in this workshop—anyone can benefit from its accessible and engaging content. Even seasoned mediators and conflict coaches will find value in applying a new lens through which to explore and improve their practice.
